ThinkEase Review & Test Results

By Richard Davidson, October 23 2025

What Is ThinkEase?

ThinkEase is designed to lift overall brain performance across seven areas: focus, memory, clear thinking, learning, day-to-day productivity, reasoning and long-term brain health. What stands out is the way the formula maps each claim to ingredients with evidence behind them, rather than leaning on one or two headline compounds. It also uses a broader lineup of proven nootropics than most products we’ve tested, and, just as important, the amounts appear to match what studies actually use. The label sticks to a clean profile as well, which is rare in this category.

So how does it perform in practice? That’s what I’ll unpack next.

Key Points

  • ThinkEase's 6-in-1 formula worked well in noticeably improving focus, particularly during work and study sessions.
  • I experienced more fluid thinking and reduced brain fog. Older test subjects also reported improved mental clarity.
  • ThinkEase worked well in supporting memory recall with information retrieval feeling quicker and smoother in a range of different situations.
  • I felt overall productivity improvements, without significant mental fatigue, making it feel easier to work for longer without feeling overstretched.
  • The use of a well researched and scientifically backed formula was evident. Unusually, ThinkEase also uses a clean label formula - everything is there for a reason, which was reassuring.
  • Overall, this is the best brain supplement I've tested. ThinkEase's scientifically robust formulation and wide spectrum of proven nootropic ingredients works exceptionally well in improving focus, memory, learning and mental clarity.

How Does ThinkEase Work?

ThinkEase is a brain supplement (or nootropic supplement) designed to improve how the brain works by targeting support across 6 different areas: focus, mental clarity, memory, learning, productivity and brain health [1]. It uses a wide range of widely researched (and proven) nootropic ingredients, including Bacopa Monnieri [2] and Citicoline which are known for their ability to improve memory. Ingredients including L-Theanine help support focus as well as improved sleep [3]. Unusually, it also includes Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) which very few brain supplements include (due to the comparatively large dose required and its high cost) [4] - this is particularly interesting as it's an ingredient shown to be effective in helping prevent age related mental decline and improve markers of learning [5] [6].

It also aims to boost productivity, without relying on stimulants like caffeine. This should mean a more steady and sustainable feeling of mental alertness and effectiveness. The wide range of ingredients the product uses makes it relevant to a wide range of users. Whether you're a professional looking for a mental edge, someone working to learn new information, or a new skill - or someone wanting to mitigate the effects of aging on the brain, this is a supplement that could work well for your needs.

Scientific Basis

I've thoroughly examined ThinkEase's choice of ingredients and the amounts the brand has elected to include in its formulation. Overall each ingredient plays a logical and complimentary role in delivering against the brand's claim to support 6 different aspects of cognitive health and mental performance. It's also helpful that the brand groups its ingredients into 6 different blends and that the amount of every ingredient is clearly shown on the product label and the brand's website

Starting with the Focus Blend, the three ingredients used are all established nootropic ingredients proven to support focus and attention. The inclusion of 275 mg of N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, 200 mg of Rhodiola Extract and 200 mg of L-Theanine is a robust combination. There are numerous studies showing each of these ingredient's help improve the brain's ability to zero in on a task and sustain attention. The combination of all three of these focus enhancers at scientifically validated levels means ThinkEase should work extremely well to boost and sustain focus [7] [8]. Importantly, this should feel quite different to caffeine boosted focus - caffeine can produce short-term focus increases but often with increased anxiety - plus the body will become tolerant of caffeine over time meaning its effects reduce. However, if you do consume caffeine, its effects can be supported by L-Theanine, meaning focus can be supported but jitters reduced or eliminated by L-Theanine calming effects.

ThinkEase's Memory Matrix includes 300mg of Bacopa Monnieri, 250mg of Citicoline and 25mg of Spanish Sage. Studies into the beneficial effects of Bacopa Monnieri, particularly its neuroprotective benefits that support memory, typically use 250mg [9] [10], so I was pleased to see the brand investing in this ingredient at the required level. Spanish Sage isn't an ingredient you'll find in many brain supplements, as research into its benefits for the brain, particularly healthy brain metabolism and neurotransmission, are at the pioneering stage. Its inclusion shows ThinkEase have worked hard in studying the very latest brain science research and deciding to include this newly proven memory boosting ingredient in their product.

The Clarity Complex has 120mg of Ginkgo Biloba, 75mg of Pine Bark Extract and 100mg of Korean Ginseng. Again these all match the amounts proven to be effective in aiding healthy blood flow in the brain, as well as anti-oxidant properties, both of which in turn improve mental clarity [11].

The Learning Booster blend uses a whopping 750mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine, as well as a generous 550mg of Lion's Mane - dosages research has shown to support the growth of new connections in the brain [12] as well as aid the production of cellular energy.

I also found it very encouraging that ThinkEase includes generous amounts of B6, B9 and B12. These can help boost mental energy and support neurotransmitter levels. There's also 100mg of Phosphatidylserine, which is a phospholipid known to support cell membrane health as well as provide overall cognitive support [13].

Qualitative Review of ThinkEase's Efficacy

After reviewing ThinkEase's ingredients and claims, I was curious to see how well it would live up to its promises. After using the product for 6 weeks, I can confidently say it hasn't just met my expectations but is a number of ways exceeded them. I noticed the positive effects of the product build over the duration of my trial (to date) as the different blends and ingredients work in synergy, but in some cases faster than others. Very early on (during the first day in fact) I perceived an improved level of steady attention (my best description of this effect). It stayed with me, most noticeably when working on complex tasks that sometimes can lead to a feeling of being overwhelmed or mentally overloaded. It's likely the focus blend (Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Rhodiola and L-Theanine) was the main contributor to this effect. as I've mentioned, these ingredients are known to be effective in promoting alertness as well as helping maintain a sense of calmness even during stressful or challenging situations.

Perhaps most impressively, particularly when compared to the many other brand supplements I've tested, ThinkEase's Memory Matrix (Bacopa Monnieri, Citicoline and Spanish Sage) provided a real and perceivable boost to my ability to recall information. Sometimes this effect can be hard to measure, even qualitatively, but the effect was quite distinct. There have been a number of occasions where even quite distant facts, figures and names felt far easier and quicker to recall than I'm used to - something I can only attribute to ThinkEase, but it's something I'll continue to monitor and measure over time as I fully intend to continue to use the product. This effect seems to have been consistent, as if my ability to recall information has been rebooted, that's the best way I can find to describe it.

Mental clarity is a little harder to measure and accurately assess, even qualitatively. But overall there is a feeling of being able to process information more 'smoothly' or efficiently. Other factors may be a play here, but the combination of Ginkgo Biloba, Pine Bark Extract and Korean Ginseng would be expected to have this effect as they work to improve both blood flow and nerve function. It's therefore likely to be the case that my experience will be in line with what other individuals would also experience.

I feel the brand's claim to support productivity is also valid. The B vitamin complex worked as expected to improve mental energy, meaning that the early afernoon slump I often experience during particularly intense days, was largely mitigated. It's challenging to assess any direct benefit from the brand's Brain Health Formula, but there is at least a feeling of reassurance, even if any immediate benefits are unlikely to be noticeable.

Overall, in my case at least, ThinkEase is the best brain supplement I've ever tested. The brand's claims were spot on and in some areas the results were beyond what I'd anticipated.

Estimate of Efficacy Relative To Similar Products

Dosage:

ThinkEase is different to most other brain supplements I've tested. Most brands make wide ranging claims but under-dose key ingredients and keep manufacturing costs low by using just one or two capsules per serving. ThinkEase includes more ingredients than most if not all other brands, but also adheres to the clinical evidence when it comes to dosing each ingredient. What really stands out about ThinkEase is its four-capsule serving size. This approach ensures that each ingredient—whether it’s for boosting focus, sharpening memory, or improving overall clarity—has enough space in the formula to be effective. Based on my own experience this leads to stronger effects and a much more reliable (and repeatable) results.

Quality:

ThinkEase transparently shares the details of how much of each ingredient is included in its formula. It makes a point of stating that it doesn't and would use proprietary blends (which purposely hide this information). The brand also avoids titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide and fillers. They've also invested in using a premium capsule - something which is easily missed, but which shows the brand's focus on creating a high quality product that works.

Efficacy:

The products effects were in line with (or in some cases better than) my expectations and in line with the brand's claims. I noticed improved focus, recall and clarity. Unlike some products I've tested, these weren't subtle or occasional improvements. Tracking these effects over time built up a picture of a well researched and scientifically supported formulation that delivered results in line with the clinical evidence for the ingredients used.

Cost:

ThinkEase is similarly priced to other brain supplements, but the fact is uses a larger (much larger in some cases) serving size means you're getting more for your money. The combination of higher quality ingredients, effective dosages and a four capsule serving size means you're getting a much more potent and effective product that lives up to its claims.

Safety Considerations and Potential Side Effects

No side effects are likely from ThinkEase. All of its ingredients are widely researched and have been shown to be well tolerated by most people. Any side effects that may be experienced are likely to be both mild and rare. I didn't experience any negative effects during my extended trial of the product.

Overall Assessment

My experience with ThinkEase has been in some ways transformative, but in many ways in line with my expectations. It's rare to come across a thoroughly researched product that chooses to correctly dose a wide range of proven brain boosters into a single product. Its effects for me personally have been impressive, helping me work more effectively and improve aspects of my personal relationships too. It may not be possible to attribute every one of the effects I observed to ThinkEase, but it seems likely based on the science and latest clinical research.

If you're aiming to improve your own mental performance, whether it be improved focus, productivity or memory ThinkEase is a solid choice - and very hard to beat.
